Products & descriptions
We describe every machine as accurately as we can, including specifications published by the manufacturer. Photos show the actual machines we ship. Specifications and finishes may change without notice as manufacturers revise models; material differences are disclosed before dispatch.
Prices, taxes and currency
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include freight to the contiguous United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Promotional pricing and countdown offers are limited-time and may end or be extended at our discretion.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item is mispriced or out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
Payment and stored payment methods
Payment is taken at checkout. If you authorize us to keep your payment method on file — for example for parts, freight adjustments or an agreed payment plan — we charge only the amounts you agreed to, and we email a receipt for every charge. You can withdraw that authorization at any time by emailing support@titantrench.com.
Safe operation & compliance
You are responsible for operating the machine safely and legally, including reading the operator manual, using protective equipment, checking for buried utilities before digging, and complying with local rules for equipment use and emissions. Machines are sold for use on private property; they are not road-legal vehicles.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that machine. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost work, job delays or property damage arising from operation of the equipment. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Warranty
The 1-year limited warranty described in our Returns & Refund Policy is the only warranty we provide. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
