What we collect
Order data: name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, plus the items and amounts you purchased.
Payment data: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive only a token, the card brand and the last four digits — we never store full card numbers.
Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and interactions such as adding to cart or starting checkout.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide warranty and parts support, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting law, and to measure and improve our advertising.
Cookies & advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart and session working, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel plus its server-side Conversions API to measure ad performance. Events shared with Meta include page views, product views, cart adds, checkout starts and purchases, along with hashed email and phone values for matching. You can opt out of interest-based ads in your Meta ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser; the store still works.
Who we share data with
Only with the parties needed to complete your order: our payment processor, the freight carrier delivering your machine, our email provider, and our advertising measurement partner. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order and tax records are kept for 7 years as required by law. Marketing and analytics data is kept for up to 24 months. Customer payment tokens are deleted when you ask us to close your account.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Email support@titantrench.com and we respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you also have the right to request a portable copy of your data and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it for fulfilment and support.
